David Moore
David Moore serves as Executive Vice President, bringing more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. He began framing houses at just 18 years old and, by the age of 20, was already leading framing crews.
More comfortable on a job site than behind a desk, David has successfully owned and operated multiple construction and construction-adjacent companies throughout his career. His deep industry knowledge, strong work ethic, and practical leadership style have earned him respect from crews, clients, and colleagues alike.
Joining Fritcher was a natural fit for David, who has been close family friends with the Fritchers since childhood. Over the decades, he has learned that success in construction comes from commitment, accountability, and leading by example. Whether that means arriving first, staying last, or adapting when plans change, David makes sure every project is where it needs to be before the day is done.
