Humble Beginnings in 2011
In June 2011, the Fritcher family, alongside a team of just ten employees, launched Fritcher Construction. From the very beginning, the company was built on hard work, teamwork, and a shared agreement to doing things the right way.
Among those original team members was Tina, who remains part of the Fritcher Construction family today—and can still be found behind the wheel of our signature pink dump truck. Those early days laid the foundation for our strength, commitment and for what Fritcher Construction has become today.
Overcoming Early Challenges
The early years of the company required immense grit and determination to survive. We faced the harsh realities of the industry, and our initial team dwindled to only six people at one point.
We persevered through those lean times by relying on our core values. We simply woke up every day, put our boots on, and outworked the competition.
Embracing Construction Technology
By 2013, we recognized that the future of site work belonged to those who embraced innovation. We were one of the first companies in East Texas to adopt GPS bulldozer technology.
Adding Trimble 3D modeling and drone topography to our workflow changed everything. This technology allowed us to deliver unprecedented accuracy for developers and engineers.

Despite our massive growth, we remain a family-owned company. We intentionally focus our service area to ensure our crews can return home to their families every night.
