Dusty Shank
With 26 years of experience in city, commercial, and rural utility construction, Dusty brings extensive industry knowledge, hands-on expertise, and a strong commitment to leadership to Fritcher Construction.
Dusty's career began in 2000 as a summer laborer for a family-owned company installing rural water lines throughout Texas. What started as a summer job quickly developed into a lifelong career and a passion for the construction industry. In 2019, Dusty joined Fritcher Construction, bringing valuable experience in all aspects of water, sewer, and storm drainage installation.
As Vice President of Utilities, Dusty oversees the daily operations of the utility division, including project management, estimating, budgeting, and scheduling. His hands-on experience and dedication to quality workmanship play an important role in the continued success and growth of Fritcher Construction.
Among his proudest accomplishments are the lasting relationships he has built with clients, industry partners, and most importantly, employees. Dusty believes that trust, mutual respect, and strong relationships are the foundation of a successful team.
Outside of work, Dusty enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, playing on the company softball team, and coaching soccer. Above all, he treasures time spent with his wife and children, especially relaxing together at the lake.
