Floyd Line
Floyd Line serves as Vice President of Concrete, bringing decades of construction experience and leadership to the Fritcher team. His career in construction began in 1996 after a conversation with his Sunday school teacher, who offered him a construction job so Floyd would no longer have to miss church because of weekend work.
That opportunity launched a career spanning more than two decades across a wide range of construction roles. While building hands-on industry experience, Floyd also studied project management and supervision at Tyler Junior College. His dedication and leadership eventually led to a superintendent position with a general contractor.
In 2013, Floyd transitioned into concrete construction, where he found his passion for building the foundations that support long-lasting projects. Today, he oversees Fritcher’s concrete division, managing teams that average more than 75 workers daily across multiple job sites.
Floyd takes pride in knowing that quality concrete work forms the backbone of every successful project. His focus remains on delivering durable, dependable results that clients can rely on for decades to come.
