Kelly Monahan
Kelly Monahan began his career in residential construction while attending Mississippi State University, where he studied civil engineering. Those early experiences laid the foundation for a career built on hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and a strong work ethic.
Over the years, Kelly’s career has taken him across multiple states and through a variety of roles within the construction industry, including materials testing and large-scale site development. His broad industry experience has given him a well-rounded understanding of every phase of site preparation and infrastructure work.
Today, Kelly leads Fritcher Construction’s sitework division, overseeing earthwork, utilities, land clearing, chemical stabilization, and related services. He also plays a key role in the company’s 3D site modeling and topography operations, helping drive efficiency and precision across projects.
Kelly believes successful projects are built on two critical elements: people and time. His leadership style reflects a commitment to teamwork, accountability, and delivering quality results.
Among his proudest accomplishments is maintaining strong Christian values throughout every stage of his life and career, including his work at Fritcher.
