Kenneth Fritcher President

Kenneth Fritcher serves as President of Fritcher Construction, where his leadership, commitment to people, and strong values have helped guide the company’s growth for nearly two decades. Kenneth earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University, where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and served in Company F-2. His time at Texas A&M helped shape a leadership philosophy centered on discipline, integrity, accountability, and service. These are principles he continues to bring to Fritcher Construction every day.

For Kenneth, leadership goes beyond business. His faith and family remain at the center of his life, and he believes strongly in giving back to the communities Fritcher Construction serves. He is especially passionate about supporting Texas youth through 4-H programs and opportunities that encourage the next generation to work hard, lead well, and pursue their goals.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and doing all things cowboy on their property in East Texas. As a proud Aggie, he rarely misses a Texas A&M home football game!
