Scott Mann serves as Executive Vice President, bringing more than 40 years of experience in construction design, engineering, and project management to the Fritcher team. His expertise plays a key role in navigating the complexities of new contracts, construction plans, and project execution. 

A skilled people manager as well as a construction leader, Scott has built lasting relationships with engineers, surveyors, and industry professionals throughout his career. His ability to coordinate teams and maintain strong industry connections helps keep projects moving efficiently and successfully. 

Scott’s passion for construction began early in life and led him to study both civil engineering and land surveying at colleges in Tyler and Waco. Today, he takes pride in seeing Fritcher’s impact throughout East Texas, knowing the company’s work can be found in communities across the region.
